[Being] a dentist of 30 years, himself, motivated by the desire to create a passive source of revenue for professionals who lose their income stream as soon as they decide to stop practicing, Dr. Bahia embarked on creating a commercial real estate holdings with passive income for him and his fellow professionals.

The proof of concept was created in 1988 while Dr. Bahia is still in practice. An 8,000 sq ft building was erected to house his (and his wife’s Orthodontic) 3,000 sq ft practices and to lease the balance of the square footage. From there on the portfolio grew exponentially, as he went full time with his real estate venture in 2001, from 2 buildings 22,000 sq ft, to now 18 buildings 310,000 sq ft.

Dr. Bahia’s role in this venture is to set the criteria for the desired assets not the least of which, location, type and return on investment. He would then work tirelessly to bring in the equity from the qualified investors and set the parameters. With the experience and outstanding track record, a bank is selected to finance the project with terms more suitable to market conditions, risk and asset type.

The focus and the foundation of this investment is integrity, transparency with low risk and minimum fees. These are the basis on which his team of real estate professionals and staff are following to continue the growing the holdings, investor pool and banking relationships.
